Blackhorse Beer Mile
Blackhorse Beer Mile
Blackhorse Beer Mile is a relative newcomer in London. Officially having its opening in 2020 it has grown into a busy spot for people who want to go out and enjoy a beer away from the bustling city.
It would be difficult to say how many breweries there are in this space as new ones are popping up all the time. They are all, however, fantastic places to visit, and even if you don't want a drink, many of them contain food and games to help keep you entertained.
Needless to say, this entry is about three of the breweries on the Beer Mile, but if you have time, I heavily recomend you try and go to all of them.
Hackney High Hill Brewery & Taproom
The Hackney High Hill Brewery and Taproom is a unique and stylish brewery located at the very start of the Beer Mile. This brewery is known for its expertly crafted beers and its contemporary design, which provides a great backdrop for socialising and tasting. Visitors can enjoy a wide range of beers, including traditional ales, stouts, and lagers, as well as more innovative and experimental brews. The taproom features a spacious bar area, where visitors can relax and sample the brewery's offerings while chatting with the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
In addition to its beer selection, the Hackney High Hill Brewery and Taproom also tends to have food trucks. Whilst we were there we made sure to have delicious halloumi fries from Olia Baba's, however, they also do substatial meals, such as wraps, for people who want more.
Additionally, the brewery frequently hosts events such as live music, trivia nights, and beer tastings, making it a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. Whether you are a seasoned beer drinker or just starting to explore the world of brewing, the Hackney High Hill Brewery and Taproom is a must-visit.

Something else that stands out with this brewery is their art work. Each label is a work of art in its own right and showcases the creativity and passion that goes into the brewing process. The use of color and humour make the beer cans stand out on the shelves.
The walls of the brewery are equally impressive and feature murals and artwork that are incredible.
