During my recent visit to the city, I was blown away by the sheer beauty and energy of the place. Despite being a large city, Melbourne still manages to maintain a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
My time in Melbourne was mostly taken up with planning and having my wedding, so I didn't get to experience all that the city has to offer. While I was able to catch glimpses of its famous street art, visit a few of its many parks, and sample some of its delicious cuisine, there's still so much more that I'd love to explore in the future. I can't wait to come back and fully immerse myself in the vibrant culture and history of Melbourne.

Chicken parmigiana, also known as "parma" for short, is a classic Australian dish that has been a staple in the country for decades. It consists of a juicy chicken breast that is breaded and fried, then topped with a rich tomato sauce and melted cheese. The dish is typically served with a side of chips and a fresh salad. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I can say that chicken parmigiana is one of my absolute favourite meals.
